All $309 will be refunded to you upon return of the board. The board must be substantially intact meaning still in 1 piece. A popped tire is no biggie but id anything goes substantially wrong with it you can contact them and likely not get charged for it. If you take it apart or just take off with it we need a way to protect our interest. These boards are tough though, and they're in excellent shape. They get cleaned, tuned and inspected after every use.
